Returns and Refunds

I do not offer refunds on orders, please read descriptions thoroughly. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 10 days and we will discuss a possible exchange, return for store credit, or other satisfactory solutions.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If items are damaged in shipping, I will work with you to come to an agreed upon arrangement.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Custom art or commissions

I will still work with you to ensure your satisfaction on non-refundable/returnable items!

Exchanges

I will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at rebnofun@gmail.com.
